Here youโ€™ll find the list of required elements for the set-up, as well as the different steps to go through in order to have a platform ready to use.


Elements required for the platform set-up:


Platform Set-Up / Onboarding Steps

  1. The quote must be signed before any services can begin.
  2. We organize a kick-off meeting as soon as possible to answer your questions, review the requirements and steps, identify your main point of contact, and provide the necessary set-up templates.
  3. You have 15 days to send us the required items listed above using the provided templates, which remain available throughout the subscription process.
  4. Day 15: we review and validate the received items together (subject to any corrections needed).
  5. We work with you to configure the platform using your information:
    1. A dedicated point of contact is needed in case of any issues
    2. We hold a weekly check-in to review set-up progress
    3. We agree on a user acceptance testing (UAT) date by Day 45
  6. Day 45 โ€“ UAT + Training: We ensure the platform is configured according to your needs and provide training so you can use it autonomously.
  7. Go live
