Hello ๐ and welcome to the Platform Set-Up Preparation stage!
Here youโll find the list of required elements for the set-up, as well as the different steps to go through in order to have a platform ready to use.
Elements required for the platform set-up:
- List of locations with the following information:
- For all licenses: name of the location, location code, phone number, email, website, full address, GPS coordinates, etc.
- Presence Management (in addition to the above): public name of the location (display name on directories), SIRET number, short description, long description, URLs for social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube), opening hours, languages spoken, accepted payment methods
- Marketplace: delivery address(es), billing address
- Social: catchment area (postal codes, radius in km or region)
- Product list with the following information (Marketplace module):
- Mandatory fields: name, reference, provider, price (fixed/discounted/by quantity), packaging unit, condition, type (customizable, non-customizable, made-to-order โ showcase)
- Recommended fields: description, usage tips, technical specifications, stock levels, categories, tags, thumbnail
- Optional fields: product options (allow multiple selections, require at least one selection to order), display start and end dates, maximum order quantity and frequency, minimum order quantity and frequency, weight, highlight feature, enable comments, enable upload, campaigns
- List of users to configure:
- Email, role (admin, national, local, or custom role), associated location(s) and location codes
- Branding guidelines:
- Brand logo in .svg format
- Main platform color in hexadecimal code
- Existing Facebook Business Manager (Social & Presence Management modules):
- You must be an administrator of the Facebook page (classic version) or have full control of the page (new version)
- Your pages must be integrated into your Business Manager, and co-administration access must be granted to Hyperspread (for the relevant Facebook pages & ad accounts)
- Existing Google My Business group of locations (Social & Presence Management modules):
- The clientโs GMB should be structured as follows: a group of locations (preferably verified) containing all validated listings
- Co-ownership of the group of locations must be granted to Hyperspread (the email address will be provided during the kick-off meeting)
Platform Set-Up / Onboarding Steps
- The quote must be signed before any services can begin.
- We organize a kick-off meeting as soon as possible to answer your questions, review the requirements and steps, identify your main point of contact, and provide the necessary set-up templates.
- You have 15 days to send us the required items listed above using the provided templates, which remain available throughout the subscription process.
- Day 15: we review and validate the received items together (subject to any corrections needed).
- We work with you to configure the platform using your information:
- A dedicated point of contact is needed in case of any issues
- We hold a weekly check-in to review set-up progress
- We agree on a user acceptance testing (UAT) date by Day 45
- Day 45 โ UAT + Training: We ensure the platform is configured according to your needs and provide training so you can use it autonomously.
